Project Completion. Industrial laboratory expansion

Recently completed, This was the Fit-out of two vacant industrial unit shells in

Lea Green Business Park where two other units were already

leased by the client. The remodelling provides links and

much needed welfare and office accommodation for an

expanding workforce.

It has a floor area of 1,005m² which was fitted out to

include new labs & workshops to sample, analyse & verify

quantity and quality of mineral ores & metals.

These required integration of extensive specialist services

installations and concrete benching in some areas for

micro tolerance balance scales.
